An eMiracleWorker solicits donations to eMiracleWorker.com.

Steps to become an eMiracleWorker

  1. Create a Paypal account (you must have an email account) for receiving your sales commission from donations which you solicit. Make sure to save your password in a secure place. If you do not have an address you can begin by partnering with a non-profit organization that will assist in your application.
  2. Fill out the eMiracleWorker contact information and create an eMiracleWorker user name, residence city, and password. This will help you receive credit for the sponsor which is driven to eMiracleWorker.com.
  3. Fill out your bio sheet. Every month you will be required to update your newsletter with information about what you are doing in the system.
  4. Advertise for solicitations using your user name, residence and eMiracleWorker.com. Charitable solicitations are exempt from the government do not call list. Whether you stand on a street corner with a sign that asks for help:

or you use a telephone to place random phone calls across the nation, any sponsor that  selects your contact information when making a donation will be credited to you. When you have met your basic cost of living costs, you can go to work for another business or eMiracleWorker partner. See rules below.

  1. Withdraw money from your Paypal account. You may have to have a bank account in order to do this. If you do not have an address, visit one of our non-profit organizations for assistance. You are allowed to build up savings in a Paypal account that can be applied toward the sale, lease, or rental of a home. Once you have built up the funds necessary for obtaining a home, you can work with one of our partners to present the home owner or agent with a printout showing your ability to pay for the home.
  2. Tell everyone you meet about eMiracleWorker.com. Our web traffic will allow us to server you better through additional advertising revenues.
  3. Mail a completed W-9 form to eMiracleWorker.com 549 E. James St., Littleton, CO 80126. Be sure to include your eMiracleWorker user name. Visit www.irs.gov for more information. eMiracleWorker will withhold 30% of the eMiracleWorker's income if a completed form is not received within 90 days of the eMiracleWorker's first sponsor. For security purposes, or database of eMiracleWorkers is merged offline with your W-9 information in order to send you a year end 1099 misc. income statement.

eMiracleWorker requirements for designation as a 1099 contractor for services

  • The 85%/15% rule applies to eMiracleWorkers. Workers receive 85% donations to build their support base until they reach their Cost of Living (COL) threshold as long as they meet the minimum requirements (see below). Failure to meet the requirements will result in payment to the worker of only 15%. The worker will not receive 85% until they have met the minimum requirement for adding sub threshold sponsors for at least one week.
  • Payments to eMiracleWorker are based on a time lag for rule application while payments from donations are based within a few days. The first week begins when the eMiracleWorker receives a contribution from their first sponsor which will likely be a day or two after the person submits to the web site. As soon as the minimum weekly requirement is met by the system processing donations, the 85%/15% rule will turn on. It is to the advantage of the eMiracleWorker to get sponsors within the first four days of the week so that submissions will be credited within the seven day time frame. Payments on the sixth or seventh day of the week may be credited to the following week.
  • eMiracleWorkers are required to submit contact information to the web site. Good standing shall include a valid email address (free email addresses can be set up at Yahoo.com MSN.com, etc.), phone number (or be registered with an eMiracleWorker non-profit organization), address (or be registered with an eMiracleWorker non-profit organization), Paypal account (a bank account or debit card may be required to withdraw funds), and social security number (required by the IRS or 30% of eMiracleWorker's funds will be required by the IRS to be withheld.
  • An eMiracleWorker shall be a 1099 contractor and is responsible for self employment taxes and requirements in status from the IRS.
  • An eMiracleWorker shall be required to submit change of address information by emailing a notice of change to moving@eMircleWorker.com within thirty days of the move.
  • The eMiracleWorker.com will be required to post a letter to the eMiracleWorker.com monthly. Failure to do so will result in all eMiracleWorker funds to be withheld.
  • eMiracleWorkers are required to solicit at least twenty (20) new sponsors providing a minimum of ten dollars ($10) per month. New sponsors may include sponsors beginning continued support for the eMiracleWorker. Once the Cost of Living (COL) threshold is reached, the eMiracleWorker is required to provide maintenance additions of new sponsors at fourteen (14) sponsors per month. eMiracleWorkers over 65 years of age are only required to gain ten (10) new sponsors per month.
  • eMiracleWorkers missing their minimum quota for any two consecutive weeks will be reduced to 85% donation/15% worker until the minimum is met. Once the minimum is met again, the 85% worker/ 15% donation rule shall apply from that point forward until this rule is applied again as a result of missing the minimum for two weeks.
  • There is no requirement for eMiracleWorkers to get new donors once they have contracted their services with an eMiracleWorker.com partner. Once an eMiracleWorker is hired as a W-2 employee (IRS designation), 100% of sponsor donations will be applied to the general eMiracleWorker.com fund. The eMiracleWorker receives 0% of the donation while they are actively employed for an organization or company. The exception to this rule is that a sub threshold eMiracleWorker may actively seek sponsors in the anticipation of future work for a non-profit as stated in their bio on the organization web site.
  • eMiracleWorkers are required to uphold security measures for there own protection. This shall include but not be limited to never disclosing passwords to anyone including the organization Staff. Never email your password or social security number, or credit card/debit card numbers. An eMiracleWorker non-profit assisting the homeless is encouraged to make a copy of the Paypal personal account information and seal it with the signature of the worker and a witness of the organization across the envelope seal. The information can be stored and used in the event that the worker misplaces their username or password to retrieve their funds once they have been delivered to the Paypal account.
  • eMiracleWorkers who elect to work for a business partner or non profit organization partner are required to work at least 40 hours per week to receive 85% of their donations up to their COL. eMiracleWorkers are allowed to work for non-profit organizations part time for at least 25 hours per week and have their COL cut in half.
  • eMiracleWorkers are required to make a monthly posting to their newsletter on eMiracleWorker.com. Failure to do so will result in suspension of 100% of funds to the worker for one month and will continue until the worker posts to their newsletter.
  • eMiracleWorkers may choose to work for an eMiracleWorker partner at any time. Threshold rules shall apply, but the worker will not be responsible for acquiring new sponsors once they have been contracted with a partner. This rule shall not apply to eMiracleWorkers who want to continue soliciting for eMiracleWorker.com. Once their threshold has been met, they will receive 85% up of the donations up to the threshold and 15% for every donation above.
  • Any eMiracleWorker that is terminated for cause shall be reduced to 85% donation/15% worker. A grievance may be filed to the organization Staff and appealed as per the organization Bylaws. A worker that looses their appeal from the Board may start over as a new eMiracleWorker with new sponsors. If such a worker solicits donations from a previous sponsor, eMiracleWorker.com will consider this a fraudulent act and the worker will be terminated. If the wMiracleWorker is terminated for cause twice and there is no overturning from eMiracleWorker.com then the eMiracleWorker may only work for 15% compensation.
  • eMiracleWorker reserves the right to refuse to allow an individual, organization, or company to participate.
